Paul Kapp, President
Mr. Kapp brings more than 35 years of experience in finance, commercial lending, and entrepreneurial ventures. He began his career in high-yield bond and commodities trading before founding and operating multiple small businesses. Since 2008, he has worked as an independent consultant helping business owners grow, finance, and scale their operations. He has arranged more than $500 million in client funding and brings financial discipline, business development experience, and startup leadership to ASC.
Joseph P. Grosso Jr., R.Ph. - VP & Chief Clinical Officer
Mr. Grosso has more than 35 years of experience in pharmacy consulting and clinical health systems. He founded R.Ph. Consulting, serving 30,000+ patients monthly, and continues to assist a national pharmacy provider supporting more than 100,000 long-term care residents. He specializes in Medication Therapy Management (MTM), regulatory consulting, and health system integration, and is recognized for his expertise in population health and long-term care.
Robert J. Nixon, Chief Architect and Strategist
Mr. Nixon has more than 40 years of experience in artificial intelligence, expert systems, distributed systems, and advanced medical software design. He created the original medication review platform used by Omnicare and has led large-scale health system projects for Merck Medco and other organizations. He also consulted with NASA on the astronaut interaction with prototype lunar and Mars spacesuits. His background includes physics, neuroscience, adaptive intelligence, agentic networks, LLM integration, and served as chair of the OASIS HumanML AI committee.
Frank P. Cozzarelli, Esq. - Corporate Counsel
Mr. Cozzarelli brings 10+ years of experience as an attorney advising multinational corporations on international tax, cross-border transactions, and corporate structuring. He currently serves as Senior Tax Counsel at AIG, supporting global M&A, restructurings, and regulatory initiatives across the insurance group, and previously spent seven years at Deloitte Tax LLP advising clients across the consumer products, technology, life sciences, insurance, and private equity sectors. Earlier in his career, he practiced commercial litigation and intellectual property law in private practice and served as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Township of Belleville Municipal Court. He holds a J.D. and LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the federal district courts of both states, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He brings extensive experience in healthcare systems adoption, customer engagement, and enterprise sales coordination.
Dr. Lorraine S. Grosso, PharmD, BCGP - Clinical Teams Director
Dr. Grosso is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and Medication Therapy Management provider with more than 35 years of experience. She has developed clinical content and drug-interaction insights used across pharmacy systems. Her expertise in medication optimization, geriatric pharmacology, and polypharmacy management supports the clinical foundation of AllientCare and LifEdge.
Garth Schneider, Distributed Systems and Integrations Architect
Mr. Schneider brings more than 40 years of experience in software development and enterprise systems integration. He leads ASC's interoperability design, secure data exchange strategy, and infrastructure architecture. His work includes defining data schemas, integration protocols, microservices, messaging frameworks, and Google Cloud infrastructure using GKE.
Mark McCurry, Client Systems Integration Coordinator
Mr. McCurry has nearly 35 years of experience in systems engineering, automation, and UI/UX development. He supports user-facing interfaces, client data pipelines, and integration workflows. His prior work with Medication Therapy Management providers supports ASC's ability to process complex data at scale and deliver reliable connectivity across systems.
Frank Agrifolio, Vice President and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Agrifolio brings more than 45 years of entrepreneurial and operational experience. He founded Galaxy Automotive, later worked in intellectual property development, and led large-scale real estate acquisitions through Residential Advantage, Inc. He also founded Proactive Care Solutions and has provided operational leadership across distressed business turnarounds, real estate projects, and corporate governance initiatives.
